Article 2: Booking changes and commitments

If your stay is interrupted while you are on site, no refund will be made. The same applies to late arrivals. All cancellations must be received 14 days before the date of arrival. Below are the refund conditions:
• 14 days before the arrival date: 100% refund*
• Between 14 and 7 days before arrival: 70% refund*
• Between 7 days and 48 hours before the date of arrival: 50% refund*
• 48 hours or less before the arrival date: 0% refund.
No-shows are considered as the actual taking of the room.
