When we met this man, we immediately felt confident. A straightforward speech, a word when only one is needed, a solution to every problem and, above all, actions that follow words.

When it’s possible, it’s possible, and when it’s not possible… well, it’s not possible! “It’s not possible, but…” he never leaves a customer in the lurch. He always suggests one or more alternative solutions.

Between the start of the work and our move in, only 8 months will have passed. 8 months to restore 250 m² of ruined buildings and build 200 new m². Walls, framework, roofing, joinery, floors, partitions, plumbing, electricity, earthworks… In weather conditions (rain) unseen in the region for 30 years.

If the architect had proposed different companies for each trade, we would have spent our time reading the site reports, with the traditional disclaimers, and we would have missed out on our house. With Rémy, it’s much simpler: you have a problem, you discuss it on site. Decisions are made quickly, and so are changes. On the site, we take into account the opinions of those who do the work: the masons, the carpenters, the electricians… We compare constraints, we listen to each other and we work. It’s in this context that you don’t miss out on your home. You see and experience it as you renovate it. It’s concrete and effective. Laetitia and I are comfortable with this constant agility.

Even though we haven’t opened yet, we’re convinced that with a company like this and, above all, with a man like Rémy, we’ll be able to achieve the desired quality and deadlines.
